Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist in Glendale, AZ responsible for promoting SpotOn's full product suite to local independent restaurants, building relationships with restaurant owners to help grow their businesses, and traveling within the designated territory to prospect, sign up new local merchants, and manage the full sales cycle from start to finish. Focused on selling software and point-of-sale solutions along with payment processing, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with Sales Support. Requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong cold calling and prospecting skills, territory development, CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus), and the ability to learn technology concepts and apply them to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus
- Maintain and manage the client relationship in collaboration with internal support teams
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
