Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist responsible for promoting SpotOn's full product suite to local restaurants and merchants, building positive relationships and driving growth within a defined geographic area. Travel to client sites to prospect, qualify, and sign up new local business owners; manage the full sales cycle from start to finish; focus on selling software & POS solutions along with payment processing; collaborate with Sales Support to meet monthly targets. Emphasizes relationship-building, understanding SMB challenges, and using technology to drive business outcomes. Requires strong prospecting, cold-calling, and territory development skills, plus the ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations. Compensation includes base salary and commission with benefits including health insurance, 401k with company match, RSUs, vacation and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and other perks. The role is full-time with hybrid in-office and remote work expectations, and work authorization in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout experience
- Maintain and manage the client relationship in collaboration with internal support teams to ensure the success & satisfaction of your customer portfolio
- The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
