Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative (Pumps) drives revenue growth within a defined Illinois territory by visiting job sites/offices, developing a client network, and executing sales strategies to rent and sell equipment. Responsibilities include daily territory management, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying customer needs, responding to market conditions and competitor pricing, expanding the customer base across industrial, traditional, and nontraditional accounts, and supporting team members. Required skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proactive follow-up, adaptability to unfamiliar environments, attention to detail, multi-tasking with project management capabilities, customer service focus, and proficiency with MS Office. Preferred qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Sales or Business Administration and 3–5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial/heavy equipment sector.
Required Qualifications
