Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with store managers and decision makers in the assigned US territory to increase market share and promote Molson Coors portfolio. Responsibilities include gaining new distribution, expanding volume in existing accounts, executing promotions at retail, implementing the Annual Operating Plan, and submitting regular recaps of objectives and opportunities. Must develop product knowledge across lines, understand competitors, communicate effectively, negotiate, and work independently or remotely while traveling as needed. Requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, business acumen, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years in sales/CPG/beverage industry preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years experience in sales or management
- ability to travel regularly within assigned market or territory to support business needs
