Job Summary
Territory Management sales position responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distribution partners throughout the Midwest. Duties include prospecting for new business, managing customer complaints, providing technical support and training, and evaluating sales strategies. Requires ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales acumen. A bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and infrastructure/sales field experience
- Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel overnight throughout the territory
Desired Qualifications
- Positive self-starter with a hunter's mentality
- Experience in building supply distribution channels
- Understanding of concrete as a building material
