Job Summary
Manage and grow a designated sales territory in Baton Rouge and South Louisiana; conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers; present customized bath remodeling solutions and close sales; follow up on company-provided, pre-qualified leads; build referral networks and local business relationships; collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success; track and report sales activity and performance; requires strong communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently, and valid driver's license; evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate customer availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
