Job Summary
Cover assigned territories by conducting daily door-to-door home inspections to identify homeowner challenges and educate prospects on LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement solutions. Utilize a consultative selling approach to gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations, ensuring professional representation and an exceptional customer experience. Report daily results to field management while collaborating with other sales representatives. Requires valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including evenings and weekends. Local travel is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Ability to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
