Job Summary
Conduct daily door-to-door home inspections to identify potential homeowner challenges and generate sales leads for the outside sales team. Educate prospective customers on LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement benefits using a consultative approach, then gather information to schedule in-person product demonstrations. Report daily results to field management and maintain professional relationships with other sales representatives while representing Leaf Home products with accuracy and an exceptional customer experience. Requires valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and inclement weather with local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
- Local travel required
- May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need
