Job Summary
Cover assigned territories daily by conducting door-to-door home inspections to identify gutter protection needs and educate prospective customers on LeafFilter benefits. Utilize a consultative selling approach to gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations, while reporting daily results to field management. Maintain professional representation and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process. This role requires local travel, evening and weekend availability, and a valid driver's license. Target earnings range from $50,000 to $100,000+, supported by a $2,000 sign-on bonus and commission pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
- Local travel required
- May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need
