Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door home inspections to identify gutter protection needs and educate prospective customers on Leaf Home products. Engage with potential clients to gather information for scheduling in-person demonstrations and report daily results to field management. Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Work outdoors daily in various weather conditions, covering an assigned local territory with occasional evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
- Local travel required
- May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need
