Job Summary
Cover an assigned territory daily by going door to door to educate prospective homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement solutions. Conduct quick street-level home inspections to identify challenges and utilize a consultative selling approach to gather information for scheduling in-person product demonstrations. Report daily results to field management and maintain professional representation of Leaf Home products to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and outdoors in all weather conditions. Local travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing required
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
- Local travel required
- May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need
