Job Summary
Cover an assigned territory daily by visiting prospective homeowners door-to-door to identify gutter protection needs and educate them on LeafFilter benefits. Utilize a consultative selling approach to gather customer information for scheduling in-person product demonstrations. Report daily results to field management and maintain professional relationships with other sales representatives. Ensure an exceptional customer experience through accurate product representation and a high-quality demeanor. Requires local travel, evening and weekend availability, and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Ability to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
