Job Summary
Cover assigned territories daily by conducting door-to-door home inspections to identify customer needs for LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement solutions. Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate prospects on product benefits and gather information for scheduling in-person demonstrations. Report daily results to field management while maintaining professional representation and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Work outdoors in various weather conditions with extended periods of walking and standing, including local travel and potential evening or weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather
- Extended periods of walking / standing
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
