Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative for HVAC distributor in Kelowna, BC. Drive sales growth within the assigned territory, maintain and expand relationships with existing mechanical contractor partners, identify and develop new business opportunities across the region, and serve as the subject matter expert for the HVAC product line. Provide guidance on complex residential and light commercial projects, build and strengthen relationships with contractors, engineers, and developers. Qualifications include 5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems (VRF/heat pump experience is an asset), proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems is preferred
- Experience with VRF or heat pump technology is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
