Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative for HVAC distributor in BC, based in the lower mainland. Drive sales growth within the assigned territory while maintaining and expanding relationships with mechanical contractor partners and identifying new business opportunities across the region. Act as a subject matter expert for the HVAC product line and provide guidance on complex residential and light commercial projects. Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, engineers, and developers. Requires 5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience, a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems (VRF/heat pumps are a plus), proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license with willingness to travel within the territory. This full-time role offers a compensation package with base salary and performance-based bonus, plus extended benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement. Location in Vancouver, BC, Canada; role emphasizes territory management and on-site customer engagements across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems is preferred
- Experience with VRF or heat pump technology is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
