Job Summary
Territory-focused HVAC sales role in Kamloops/BC interior seeking strong performer to drive growth, manage relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and developers, and provide subject-matter expertise on residential and light commercial HVAC projects; requires proven HVAC distribution sales experience, ability to meet/exceed targets, CRM/MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel within the territory. Strong compensation package with base salary and performance-based bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems preferred
- Experience with VRF or heat pump technology considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
