Job Summary
Visit Home Depot stores daily to conduct sales, build relationships with managers and associates, and solve customer problems. Manage merchandising by ensuring paint chips and products are fully stocked and displays are vibrant, while ordering necessary inventory and colorants. Train store associates and customers on product application techniques, including demonstrations for staining decks or painting trim. Travel regularly between locations to maintain consistent coverage, using an app to track mileage for reimbursement. Work flexible hours including weekends and shifts extending to 7pm to align with peak selling times.
