Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative will land new sales opportunities and grow the Indiana Midwest territory for Fabricated Foam Packaging, serving e-commerce, electronic, medical device, and other industrial manufacturers. Responsibilities include developing and owning the sales plan, building and actively managing the sales funnel, managing proposals and price quotes, increasing sales and prospecting new customers, forecasting and tracking key account metrics, monitoring market trends, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, and supporting marketing programs such as trade shows, articles, and Web/Brochures. Travel up to 75% within the territory (IN, IL, MI, OH, KY) with initial training in Georgia. The role requires outside sales experience, a solution-selling approach, adaptability to new sales processes, and a hunter attitude. A base salary up to 65k per year plus uncapped commission, car allowance, guaranteed commission for the first 6 months, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of successful Outside Sales experience ideally selling customizable goods (no catalog selling)
- Go-getter, hunter personality
- Robust solution selling sales approach
- Ability to travel (75%) within specific territory (IN, IL, MI, OH, KY) with occasional overnight
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Sandler Selling training is a plus
