Job Summary
Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory while learning and executing a structured sales process and messaging strategy. Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff, consistently applying training and coaching in the field to develop and execute territory plans that achieve sales goals. Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership while maintaining full compliance with all company and industry regulations. This full-time role includes extensive travel, a competitive base salary with performance incentives, and access to a structured training program and mentorship. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, Pharma, outside sales)
- A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
- High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
