Job Summary
Promote and sell dental products to dental practices and healthcare providers; develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; conduct product presentations and demonstrations; proactively identify new business opportunities to drive pipeline and revenue; achieve sales targets; provide customer service and support; stay updated on industry trends and product developments; collaborate with marketing to execute sales strategies; attend industry events to promote products; maintain CRM records; travel within the assigned territory and manage a hunter-driven sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Hunter mentality with ability to identify and secure new opportunities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
