Job Summary

Meet or exceed revenue objectives for assigned territory accounts by penetrating new opportunities through phone, email, and face-to-face contact while driving profitable recurring growth. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by monitoring order activity, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining NPS scores above 60 and return rates under 12%. Document all interactions in the ERP system, provide sales performance reports, and gather market intelligence to inform company strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and share best practices. This role involves extensive travel visiting collision repair shops and handling auto parts, requiring a valid driver's license and physical endurance.
