Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative for AMVAC Crop in Alabama & Georgia responsible for managing territory accounts and achieving sales/profit objectives. Develop annual territory business objectives, perform key account planning, manage expenses, and prepare monthly reports. Create and deliver sales presentations, collaborate with product management on marketing/promotional programs, and drive territory growth. Travel approximately 60-70% with a company vehicle provided. Requires strong background in Agricultural Chemical or related industry, 5+ years of sales experience, and a Bachelor’s degree (Agricultural Science or Agribusiness preferred). Must pass background checks and related tests. Works to build relationships with distributors, retailers, consultants, and growers to maximize market penetration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Focus in Agricultural Science or Agribusiness preferred.
- 5+ years sales experience with proven history of achieving / exceeding goals.
- Background check and other tests as required.
