Territory Sales Representative

Territory/Technical Sales Representative to develop and manage equipment sales and rental opportunities in the construction and deep foundations industry. Signals include remote work within the assigned territory with frequent travel, responsibilities covering business development, building customer relationships with contractors and engineers, generating leads, preparing equipment proposals and quotations, reviewing bid specs to identify project needs, coordinating with operations for order fulfillment, conducting site visits, delivering presentations, and collaborating with the national sales team and industry events. Requires strong technical sales skills, knowledge of foundation/shoring equipment, ability to interpret construction plans and bid documents, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, CRM proficiency, and strong time-management. Travel across the territory and engagement with customers throughout projects are essential.
