Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative for Central Texas to promote SMARTci continuous insulation systems and CMH sub-framing solutions. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding sales quotas, traveling through Central Texas to present to architects, specification writers, general contractors, and other commercial building professionals, delivering in-person and virtual PowerPoint presentations, guiding the sales process from project design to completion, providing accurate sales forecasts, ensuring adherence to company policies, developing area coverage plans, maintaining daily activity in HubSpot CRM, and coordinating with internal teams to secure opportunities. Requires ability to travel 3-4 days per week with overnight trips; bachelor's degree in business/Marketing or related field and 3+ years of sales experience (construction products a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or related experience
- Experience with commercial roofing or waterproofing products a plus
