Job Summary
Manage the full sales cycle in a defined California territory, drive growth through new business acquisition, and promote refrigeration, HVAC, ice cream, and beverage equipment solutions. Build and maintain customer relationships via in-person visits, calls, and email; travel within the territory with limited overnight stays; leverage outbound prospecting and solution-focused selling to identify opportunities and close deals. Requires outside or service-based sales experience, knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration domains, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook/Teams/Excel; valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Role involves remote work with regular travel to branches and in-person customer engagement; company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in outside or service-based sales
- Industry experience in foodservice, HVAC, refrigeration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
