Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD drives new business development, strategic account management, and distributor relationships within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include direct sales to prospects and key accounts, expanding market share, coordinating with marketing to generate project opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and achieving quarterly and annual territory growth. Must regularly visit customers and prospects in person, using product demonstrations and collateral to win new distributor customers, while collaborating with internal teams on pricing, programs, and go-to-market strategies. Requires strong communication, proficiency with CRM systems, experience in building materials or door/hardware products, and willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory. The role is remote within the assigned territory and base salary is complemented by commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field required, or significant and equivalent industry and sales leadership experience.
- 5+ years of sales and customer service experience within the commercial building materials industry. Door and hardware experience is a plus.
