Job Summary

Territory Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth across Saskatchewan with a heavy focus on new business development in commercial, agricultural, and residential propane markets. Role emphasizes prospecting (about 80%) and strategic account management (20%), cultivating relationships, delivering tailored energy solutions, and achieving sales and margin targets. Responsibilities include building and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities (construction projects, agricultural operations, and industrial applications), maintaining CRM records, coordinating with operations to deliver customer solutions, and traveling throughout the province (occasional overnight stays). Requires outside sales experience, strong prospecting and closing skills, proficiency with CRM systems, knowledge of propane applications and safety/regulatory requirements, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience
  • Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business
  • Strong understanding of the Saskatchewan market (Saskatoon and Regina)
  • Working technical knowledge of propane and its applications
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio across multiple lines of business
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipelines
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify target customers, deliver proposals, and close opportunities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
