Job Summary
Territory Sales Representative responsible for growing a protected Illinois territory through in-person calls, prospecting, and renewals; perform 50-60 face-to-face calls weekly with small businesses, funeral homes, and community sponsors; close 6-8 new sales weekly; travel 3-4 nights per week within the territory; participate in a 3–6 week training program with field mentorship and ride-alongs; transition to commission-based earnings after ramp-up; base salary up to 65k/year with potential for higher earnings; requires 1+ years of outside B2B sales experience and ability to travel, with focus on in-person client interaction and territory development.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of outside B2B sales experience with in-person client interaction
- Documented experience conducting high-volume in-person sales calls (e.g., 30+ per week)
- Experience closing new business in a quota-driven or commission-based sales role
- Ability to travel overnight 3–4 nights per week within a defined territory, including maintaining reliable transportation for in-person client visits
- Ability to work within a defined geographic territory, including rural or small-market areas
