Job Summary
Drive revenue growth within assigned sales territory by maximizing Direct Store Delivery sales strategy to grow brand/product revenue, market share, and profit. Identify and act on selling opportunities, maintain/increase space, make secondary placements, and use Point of Sale data to make effective sales presentations. Create rapport with store staff, respond to customer requests, and maintain relationships to support selling activities. Adhere to route schedule, manage inventory, set stores to schematic, execute promotional displays, and follow Yumi best practices. Conduct activities safely, prepare paperwork, and participate in 1:1 meetings. Work 80% indoors, 20% outdoors, and be willing to work early morning/late night hours, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- CANIDATE MUST LIVE IN THE DFW AREA
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent
- Must have a valid Texas Drivers License with a minimum of 5 years driving experience
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance
- Must have basic math and computer skills including ability to use iPad for writing orders
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to safety regulations
- Adhere to Company Dress Code (No visible tattoos (face, neck, hand) or body piercing)
- Must be able to lift from 25 to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to work early morning/late night hours
- Willing to work over 40 hours, weekends when required and Holidays when the company is open for business

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the DSD (Direct Store Delivery)/Consumer Package Goods Industry, strongly preferred
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Time and territory management abilities
