Job Summary
Independent Territory Partner for Southern Connecticut: recruit and operate as an Independent Business Owner contracted to represent Trupanion within the Southern Connecticut market. Build relationships with veterinarians, vet staff, and hospitals to educate on pet health insurance, drive policy enrollments, and manage local marketing and outreach. This role offers month-to-month commission with a monthly residual on active policies in the exclusive region, requiring a Connecticut residence and full-time dedication. No brick-and-mortar operation required; startup costs are primarily time and marketing investments. Must be licensed in property & casualty in-state when applicable and have a background in sales, business ownership, or the veterinary industry.
Required Qualifications
- Residence in Connecticut
- Availability to dedicate at least 40 hours per week
- Property & Casualty license in state of residence (if selected for Brooklyn and Queens market)
- Background in sales, business ownership and/or veterinary industry
