Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager for Rochester Concrete Products overseeing residential and commercial hardscape product sales within assigned territory. Responsible for distributor, landscaper, landscape architect, engineer, architect, wall builder, paver installer, and contractor engagement; conduct product training; develop and implement marketing programs and trade-show activities; manage CRM usage; generate annual sales projections and budget; travel to customer sites as needed; maintain regular reporting; support training in marketing, sales, and installation; achieve specifications and ensure products are specified in projects.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Three or more years of sales experience
- Experience in promoting new products
- Ability to train other personnel in the use of RCP products
- CRM, Excel, PowerPoint familiarity
