Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for growing sales across containers, ground level offices and modular structures within the US/Canada/Mexico region. Focus areas include high-volume outbound prospecting (about 40%), inbound inquiry conversion (about 30%), and account development with in-person customer visits. Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline (SalesForce), identify market opportunities, craft tailored space-solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Requires a consultative, solution-selling approach, strong communication skills, ability to present at all levels, and proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting tools; travel up to 20% and an in-office work environment. Compensation ranges from $80k to $140k annually, including commission.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED or applicable experience; college degree preferred
- 1 year of outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year experience at WSMM
- Willingness to travel 10%-20% to conduct field visits with important customers
