Territory Sales Manager - West

Job Summary
Drive sales in the West Regional Territory covering WA, MT, OR, ID, WY, CA, NV, UT, and CO by developing and executing annual business plans while managing high-tech distributor partner businesses. Cultivate customer-centric relationships with existing and prospective accounts, penetrate key accounts, and solicit new business through tailored presentations and daily account calls. Interface with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure customer requirements are met, while maintaining CRM records and managing opportunity lists. Represent the company at trade shows and master product application knowledge through training. Travel up to 50% of the time domestically, including overnight stays and air travel, with a requirement to be located within 90 minutes of a major airport.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of field industrial sales experience in automation or linear motion space
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be located within 90 mins of a major airport
