Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for developing regional business, sales, and marketing strategies in LATAM, leading growth initiatives, building and maintaining key customer relationships, managing full sales cycles, coordinating with technical, legal, finance, and product teams to deliver mining solutions, and delivering revenue and margin targets. Requires mining-technology sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, geology, or related field, cross-functional collaboration, contract management, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in mining technology, mining equipment, or mining software
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Geology, or related field
- Proven success in developing and growing business across regions and key accounts
- Strong knowledge of mining industry practices, regulations, and operations
- Experience in commercial and contract management
- Ability to influence and work effectively within matrix organizations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership capabilities
