Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager - Trade role for METRO Pakistan, responsible for delivering KPIs, identifying and developing new customers, and managing a portfolio through direct and indirect sales activities. Engage customers to understand business challenges, propose cost-benefit solutions, maintain detailed progress notes, and collaborate with procurement/operations teams to implement initiatives. Focus on customer engagement, sales execution, margin growth, credit management, and timely follow-up with cross-functional teams; build and maintain relationships through market visits and networking while representing Metro’s product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale/B2B
- proven track record in developing and managing customer relationships
- ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand network
- strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- experience in managing credit and delivering sales/margin targets
- professional sales experience with face-to-face and networking outreach
- knowledge of Metro’s product portfolio and wholesale market understanding
