Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
Generate new leads through cold calling and build relationships with company-generated prospects to achieve sales missions. Present the Hunt Brothers® Pizza program to potential stores, showcasing how it meets their needs and optimizing shoppe setups for maximum return on investment. Serve as the subject matter expert for successful store openings, introducing the program to the community and training store employees. Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to expand visibility. Accurately input all sales activities into the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system. Requires minimum 3 years sales experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel within the territory. Must live within the region; no relocation assistance. Competitive total compensation with base pay, commissions, and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- B2B or route sales experience
- High school diploma
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within the territory
- Must live within the region
- Must be at least 21 years old
