Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager for Spine/Neuro in the Hartford area responsible for selling spinal fusion and bone growth devices to orthopedic/spine/neurosurgeons and staff. Conduct daily sales calls, prospect new and existing accounts, meet/beat quotas, provide technical education to patients and clinics, collect documentation for pre-authorization, and collaborate with sales, marketing and R&D. Participate in sales team meetings, support customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate sales, expense, and regulatory records. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 3-10 years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record, and hunter-mentality with strong presentation skills. Compensation shows base plus uncapped first-year earnings with a realistic 130-150K total and growth opportunities; located in Hartford, CT with in-person responsibilities.
