Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager (Southern California) is responsible for owning all sales activity within the assigned geographic footprint, including new business development, existing customer growth, and channel expansion. The role targets end users, systems integrators, distributors, and ACEs to identify and drive video security opportunities across a 50-70% travel footprint, collaborating with Vertical Sales Managers to pursue vertical targets, maintain disciplined opportunity management, and provide regular updates using approved tools. The position requires strong end-user engagement, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to pursue opportunities from small transactional wins to large, complex projects. Travel within the territory is expected, and the role emphasizes relationship-building with customers and channel partners, as well as alignment with regional leadership and vertical strategy.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of industry experience required
