Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager for the South Central region (Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas) with remote work option. Own and grow the territory by hunting new business, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close, and coordinating with design and internal teams to deliver workspace solutions. Travel ~50% (3–8 overnights per month) and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. Requires consultative, relationship-driven selling, strong organization, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a multi-state territory. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; 1+ year outside B2B sales preferred; valid driver’s license; strong communication and negotiation skills; CRM discipline. Base salary $70,000 with uncapped commission and OTE around $110,000, with top performers earning $150K–$180K; generous benefits. Must live within the territory and near a major airport; remote-work option available within the specified region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- At least 1 year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage a multi-state sales territory
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
