Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for developing strong customer relationships in the US neurovascular medical devices space, providing clinical expertise and interventional case coverage, driving existing business and uncovering new opportunities, and achieving quarterly sales quotas. The role requires onboard new customers, support for VAC process, monthly reporting, market-trend monitoring, and collaboration with Marketing, Clinical, and R&D teams to align tactics. Travel and field engagement with physicians and hospitals are expected, with emphasis on educating clinicians on product features, benefits, and clinical applications, while maintaining strong technical and clinical knowledge to foster long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or another related discipline
- 5 years minimum experience in regulated medical device sales within the Neurovascular/Neurointerventional/Endovascular Neurosurgery/Neurovascular devices sectors
- Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Regulations, and ISO 13485
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field
