Job Summary
Conduct daily outside sales by meeting with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners to educate them on Victaulic's pipe joining solutions and influence purchasing decisions. Execute full project pursuit cycles from inception through commissioning, manage a balanced distribution network, and integrate into local trade organizations. Develop business plans with the Regional Sales Manager, lead inside sales and engineering teams on quotation requisitions, and provide on-site training and technical demonstrations. Maintain relationships with distributors and coordinate activities with regional market specialists while traveling extensively across the SF Bay Area territory.

- Ability to develop a business plan including opportunity mapping, sales goals, product promotion plans, and strategies to maximize sales potential
- Ability to execute all phases of project pursuit and project management to secure a purchase order
- Ability to lead the inside sales team, engineering and other support staff
- Ability to build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners
- Ability to partner with Victaulic distributors and manage a balanced distribution network
- Ability to coordinate activities with other Victaulic representatives and regional market specialists
- Ability to educate customers on the overall value Victaulic can bring to their project
