Territory Sales Manager (Security Solutions) is responsible for new customer acquisition and relationship management across higher education, healthcare, retail banks, franchise stores, and K-12 institutions outside the Long Island market. The role emphasizes building trust through value-driven sales, conducting in-person presentations/demonstrations, and developing a scalable outreach and pipeline strategy. Candidates should be proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), capable of high-volume outreach, and adept at tailoring security solutions to both public and private sector customers. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of security industry sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong hunting sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give in-person presentations/demonstrations to potential customers
- Willingness to make high volumes of calls/visits to generate opportunities
- Technologically savvy with strong analytical skills
