Job Summary
Develop and foster business in assigned territory by maintaining client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and conducting effective product presentations. Educate customers on product usage, proactively improve product knowledge through internal and external experts, and identify competitive threats to communicate market intelligence promptly. Resolve customer complaints professionally, file required reports timely, and actively track calls via customer management programs. Participate in trade associations like HBA and NKBA, which may involve commitments outside normal business hours. Requires minimum two years of B2B sales experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to transport company products throughout the workday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success
- One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business)
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance
- Good Driving record, able to meet Virginia Tile driving qualifications
- Well-groomed with professional business attire and appearance
- Must be able to transport company product in personal vehicle
- Adequate and dependable transportation for daily travel to and from customer site
- Must be able to drive throughout the workday
