Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager for Shockwave Medical Reducer therapy in Germany. Responsible for territory development, driving utilization and therapy adoption, providing high-quality clinical and technical support, educating customers on product benefits, translating clinical data into physician/patient value, handling objections, and building relationships to grow account revenue. Must have expert interventional cardiology knowledge, experience with cathlab clinical support, and a demonstrated track record in medical device sales within hospital systems. Located in or near Thuringia, Brandenburg, Saxony, or Berlin with ability to spend substantial time in accounts; German language proficiency required and English desirable. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to develop and execute territory business plans, forecast contributions, and maintain accurate territory records.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient German required, fluent business English is highly desired
- Experience in the medical device market, particularly Interventional Cardiology
- Experience with clinical support in a cathlab setting
- Strong track record of commercial success
- Proven problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
- Based in territory and willing to spend 90%+ in accounts
