Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager in Portland, OR with hybrid work setup. Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and selling to new customers while directly managing the sales territory from a home-office base. Utilize the company’s sales automation tool, build collaborative relationships with the corporate office and field sales team, and consistently achieve sales goals. Must be an energetic self-starter with strong prospecting ability, excellent verbal and written communication, and a friendly, outgoing personality. Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to travel locally. Five years of outside sales experience is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in B2B sales, ideally in foodservice or hospitality, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets are highly valued. The role emphasizes a hunter mentality and territory management from a home-based office, along with the use of sales automation tools and cross-functional coordination with corporate and field teams.
