Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager in Neurovascular Medical Devices (Phoenix AZ area; remote work) will develop strong customer relationships with healthcare providers, provide clinical case coverage and education, drive quarterly sales quotas, and identify new opportunities within the assigned geographic region. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, supporting VAC processes, providing monthly progress reports, monitoring market trends, maintaining account profiles, coordinating with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, R&D), and delivering technical and clinical training on product features and clinical applications. The role requires 5+ years in regulated medical device sales, strong communication/presentation skills, travel willingness, and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or another related discipline
- 5+ years minimum experience in a regulated medical device sales environment (neurovascular/neurointerventional/endovascular/related sectors)
- Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Regulations, and ISO 13485
- Demonstrated sales success
- Technical aptitude and clinical expertise with product line
- Knowledge of customer service practices for Hospital/Physician customers
- Self-motivated, independent, entrepreneurial mindset; strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively in field (physician offices, hospitals, labs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving and initiative
