Territory Sales Manager for Nashik leads net sales across a cluster of CNH Industrial dealerships. Responsibilities include planning, reviewing, and monitoring weekly and monthly sales targets; building and guiding a dealer network to increase sales volumes; managing sales revenue targets (INR 10 million to INR 40 million) for the territory; assessing local market and customer preferences; driving customer satisfaction; coordinating with banks to manage working-capital fund rotation; following up on dealer documentation and aligning with head office requirements; leveraging input on promotions, plant visits, and trainings to boost dealer performance. Requires 10–12 years of experience and BE (Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering) or MBA with graduation.
