Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager (CDM) for NAPA in Queensland, accountable for sales and gross margin performance within assigned towns/territory. Responsibilities include solving customer problems through consultation and relationship building, attending and participating in sales meetings and trade shows, developing new business, and driving a culture of safety. Requires a strong communicator with negotiating skills, solutions and service focus, and capability to operate in a KPI-driven environment. Must have experience in sales or customer management (automotive industry preferred), plus CRM proficiency and the ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders. Role supports a Monday-to-Friday schedule with a competitive salary, incentives, and team benefits; physically demanding tasks such as lifting and driving are noted. Strong emphasis on building successful business relationships with target customers and ensuring safe driving practices.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- Experience using CRM systems
- Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Track record in account management or business development
