Job Summary

Territory Sales Manager for Pall Microelectronics in Phoenix, AZ (remote position covering Arizona and New Mexico). Develop and implement customer account plans to achieve orders and revenue, identify and drive new opportunities to capture additional market share, and cultivate long-term relationships with senior management and decision-makers. Collaborate with sales management, marketing, and technical support to solve customer problems and maximize account penetration. Provide business analytics including account-level forecasts and sales opportunity tracking against metrics. Requires a BS in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years of outside sales experience in semiconductor/electronics/related industries, with prior key account management. Travel up to 60% within the territory; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs required. Desirable: experience with Salesforce, Excel, understanding Pall products/filtration, and strong presentation/negotiation skills. This role emphasizes building productive relationships, developing account plans, and contributing to revenue projections while leveraging Pall’s product solutions and Danaher’s systems.

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or other technical degree (or equiv experience)
  • 4+ years outside sales experience related to Semiconductor Manufacturing, Electronics, Chemical Industries or related experience
  • Experience executing at each stage of the sales process, from setting up sales calls, to closing on opportunities
  • Previous Key Account Management experience
  • Travel, Driver's license, ability to lift up to 40 lbs
