Territory Sales Manager - Marson

Own sales performance across metropolitan markets on the Eastern Seaboard, selling face-to-face into mining, environmental remediation, waste management, construction, civil, and warehousing sectors. Build and hold long-term relationships with key customers and high-potential prospects, while generating new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events. Prepare and follow through on quotes and proposals, manage your pipeline and territory data in HubSpot, and report on performance against clear sales KPIs. Feed market and customer insight back to product and production teams, and represent Marsons at trade shows and customer sites. This highly autonomous role requires 60–70% time on the road and on-site visits, with a competitive base salary, performance incentives, and a fully maintained company vehicle. You'll report to the National Sales Manager and work alongside teams across the wider Polytex business to grow the company's presence across the region.
